Do you ship globally?

Yes, and we offer shipping to anywhere in the world for a flat $25 rate.

What sizes are available?

We offer two options; a big display measuring 30" x 24" (76cm x 61cm), and a medium with 15" x 12" (38cm x 30.5cm), although custom sizes can be ordered at contact@mitzwolgan.com

What is a Mitz display and how is it made?

Each board is made individually. First, The Onyx Steel plates are engraved according to your chosen design using our highly-refined, precision engraving process. Then the plates are attached to a reflective black board.

We choose to work with Onyx Steel because of its magnificent, sharp, black hue. Onyx Steel is so elegant that we could not simply choose another steel alloy. Along with its beauty, it also has elevated resistance to corrosion and weather adversities. We pride ourselves increating a one-of-a-kind display, something you wont find anywhere else in the world.

What is your refund policy?

If there is anything that you’re not happy with, email us at contact@mitzwolgan.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What pictures look best on a Mitz display?

In the most cases, portraits look best on Mitz display. Because of the nature of engraving, we advise that the main subject of the picture must fill a large area of the display; therefore small objects should be avoided. If your picture contains background objects or noises, don't worry, our designers can remove them with no extra fees.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order any time before it goes to production. To change or cancel your order just email us at contact@mitzwolgan.com. Please provide us with your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.

How long does it take to produce and ship a display?

Our typical processing time for an order is 5-7 business days. This processing time is subject to change depending on order volume. Each piece is a custom product requiring many steps in the production process.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of an order by clicking "My Order" in the top menu of our Home page.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, keep the packaging, take pictures of the damage if possible, and contact us at contact@mitzwolgan.com, quoting your order number which can be found in your order confirmation email.

Do you offer sizes any bigger or smaller than the options on mitzwolgan.com?

Can I display my artwork outside?

Definitely! Mitz Displays are resistant to UV radiation and corrosion. The Onyx Steel’s resistance to corrosion is higher than the resistance of standard Stainless Steel, because of a thicker oxide layer. Onyx Steel is neither affected by long periods of exposure to dry heat conditions (up to 302ºF/150ºC) nor humid heat (steam).

Do you engrave colored pictures?

No. If you upload a colored picture it will be turned to black and white automatically. We use no inks or printers. Your pictures are engraved on Onyx Steel plates and because of their sharp, black hue your picture will look extradorinary and glamorous in monochromatic black and white .

How will my digital image translate to the display?

The quality of the image greatly determines the quality of the engraving. Most images are acceptable for engraving, but some are not. The ones that are not usually acceptable for engraving have certain characteristics about them such as very distant subjects or are very faded. Most of the time, when the picture has higher contrast, the better the product results. Some images just need some minor adjustments and we provide this service free with each order.

Can you enhance or repair my photo?

Yes we can. We offer everything from touch ups, object removal, and even photo restoration completely free of charge. When creating your Mitz Display, you will be given a number of enhancement options before completing your purchase. You can choose any of these and our team of expert designers will make sure your photo looks beautiful before engraving.

Are there any restrictions on the types of images that can be engraved?

For all images provided, the following content is not permitted:
No text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy/publicity.
No text or images of obscenity, pornography or nudity.
No text or images that encourage or glorify drug use/abuse.
No excessive violence.
No content that is libelous or defamatory.
No content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful.
No content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate any law.

Can I see a proof of my order before it gets produced?

We will supply you with an electronic rendition of your final product. However, please understand that it is not possible to show a truly genuine preview of the Mitz Display since it is not a printed picture. Our previews will give you a good idea of what your final product will look like. Please allow 1 to 2 days for this process. Once you approve the proof, we will send it to production.
